Job Description
Wafy is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will help our teams deliver efficiently by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, improving sprint performance, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Core Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar tools
• Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• CSM or PSM certification is a plus
• Technical or engineering background is an advantage
