Job Description
A company based in Amman is seeking an experienced Microsoft Systems Engineer to join its IT / Infrastructure & Cloud team. The role involves administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender, as well as providing L2/L3 technical support.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with L2/L3 support and complex infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
