Job Description
Principles Design is looking for an Interior Designer experienced in space planning and construction detailing, proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Responsibilities include developing concepts, preparing construction packages, and coordinating with engineering disciplines to ensure clash‑free execution.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on interior detailing and design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools such as Lumion or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery/millwork detailing, lighting, and finishes.
• Excellent command of English, with strong communication and client presentation skills.
