Facility Engineer

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Civil Engineering (preferred) • 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance • Experience in MEP maintenance and soft services coordination • Knowledge of supplier quotations, procurement, and maintenance materials • Experience supervising technicians and subcontractors • Good communication, reporting, and MS Excel skills • Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals • Preferred: Safety certification (IOSH or equivalent) and a valid driving license
