Job Description
Al-Radwan Schools is looking for a Training and HR Officer to develop and qualify staff in schools, create training plans, implement training programs, and manage employee affairs.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Training certificate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Training certificate in Performance Management and KPIs
• Training certificate in HR fundamentals and tasks
• At least 3 years of experience in training and 3 years in HR within the education sector
