Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to oversee full-cycle business analysis for strategic IT initiatives, define and document requirements, guide solution design and process reengineering, and lead UAT strategy.
Core Requirements
• 6+ years of BA experience with 2+ in a lead role
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
• Familiar with enterprise tools and cloud platforms
• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of BA frameworks and Agile methodologies
• Skilled in process modeling and business case preparation
