Job Description
Hypo Farm is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales team, and expand the customer base within the HoReCa sector.
Core Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
• Specialized experience in food sales
• Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies
• Strong network of relationships with clients in the hospitality and restaurant sector
• Experience in managing sales teams, developing sales plans, and achieving targets
• High negotiation skills, ability to attract new clients, and business development
