Job Description
A leading trading company is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to supervise and follow up with the retail sales team, monitor sales performance to achieve targets, ensure proper product availability and display, follow up on stock levels, conduct regular market visits, and prepare sales reports.
Core Requirements
• Previous experience in Retail Sales or FMCG.
• Experience in supervising and managing a sales team.
• Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in the field and under pressure.
• Valid driving license.
