Job Description
A leading F&B company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality and compliance, and support the growth of its franchise network.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and quality standards.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in franchise operations is highly preferred.
