Maintenance Manager - Bakery Industry

• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance. • Proven experience in bakeries, pastry production, and food manufacturing facilities. • Strong experience with production equipment and machinery for croissants, puff pastry, toast, and other bakery products. • Extensive knowledge of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficiently. • Experience managing and supervising maintenance teams and technicians. • Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans. • Ability to manage spare parts, maintenance requirements, suppliers, and external contractors. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and ensure minimum production downtime.
