Job Description
Respect Services is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Officer to join the team in Amman to provide end-user support and handle daily office technical issues.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Ability to provide end-user support and handle daily office technical issues
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
