Job Description
A leading company in Amman is seeking an experienced IT Systems, Infrastructure & Digital Operations Specialist to manage and support business applications, maintain IT infrastructure and networks, provide helpdesk support, and assist with digital initiatives.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT systems, infrastructure, technical support, or digital operations
• Good knowledge of networking, IT security, Google Workspace, websites/domains, and CCTV systems
• Understanding of system integrations and APIs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Experience supporting multiple business locations is preferred
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
