Job Description
An Internal Purchasing Officer is required for Pablo Restaurant and Beit Elia Restaurant in Amman. Duties include following up on purchase and supply orders, negotiating for the best prices and quality, and coordinating with relevant departments.
Core Requirements
• 0 to 1 year of experience in purchasing, preferably within the restaurant or hotel sector
• Experience in purchasing and following up on dry food items
• Ability to negotiate and obtain the best prices and quality
• Ability to follow up on purchase and supply orders and ensure compliance with required quantities and specifications
• Good organization, follow-up, and coordination skills with relevant departments
