• 10+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Retail & Sales, preferably within the Beauty/Cosmetics sector. • Strong experience in E-Commerce strategy, budgeting & P&L management. • Advanced knowledge of SEO, Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing. • Strong experience in Media Buying, ROAS, CAC & Conversion Optimization. • Experience in Dropshipping & online sales operations. • Strong knowledge of Shopify and sales-driven e-commerce websites. • Strong experience in content strategy & content performance. • Ability to analyze sales, traffic, conversion and campaign reports and identify the root causes behind sales growth or decline. • Ability to translate content and performance data into actionable strategies to increase online sales.
