Government Accounting and IPSAS Expert

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field. • At least 10 years of practical experience in accounting and IFRS standards, including specialized experience in government accounting and IPSAS standards. • Advanced knowledge of public sector financial and accounting systems and practices. • Preferred professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, IPSAS, or equivalent. • Strong analytical, reporting, and technical advisory skills. • High ability to train and transfer theoretical and practical knowledge.
