Job Description
GlobXpay is seeking a Finance Manager in Amman to lead the finance function, manage reporting, budgeting, treasury, settlement operations, and ensure compliance with IFRS and Central Bank regulations.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, or E-Wallets
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred
• Strong understanding of payment processing, digital transactions, eWallet ecosystems, and settlement operations
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Central Bank reporting requirements
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Experience with payment gateway reconciliation or API-based settlement systems is highly desirable
• Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and financial risk management
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to lead a Finance team and effectively collaborate across departments
