External Purchasing Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign procurement and importing. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Experience in negotiation and dealing with global suppliers and markets. • Good knowledge of import procedures, shipping, clearance, and commercial documentation. • Ability to evaluate suppliers, prices, quality, and supply terms. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Experience in team management and performance tracking. • High analytical and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
