Job Description
Modular Concrete Co. (MCC) is seeking to hire an Estimating & Tenders Engineer to study tender documents, drawings, and specifications, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates, analyze supplier quotations, and prepare technical and financial proposals.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating and tendering with contracting companies
• Excellent knowledge of market prices (materials, labor, and equipment)
• Strong skills in reading tender documents, drawings, and contracts, alongside negotiating with suppliers
