Job Description
Elaf Specialized Management Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the Finance Department to develop and implement group-wide credit strategies, strengthen credit governance, and improve collection efficiency.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CICCM, or CCP are preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in credit management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience at Group level.
• Experience in food manufacturing and retail companies or international credit control operations is preferred.
• Strong competencies in strategic planning, credit management, and financial analysis.
