Compliance Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 7 years of practical experience in compliance, preferably in money exchange companies or financial institutions • Proven experience managing compliance teams, with strong analytical and decision-making skills • Deep knowledge of Central Bank of Jordan regulations and AML/CFT rules • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
