Architect

• Strong architectural design skills across exterior and interior spaces. • Ability to develop design concepts, explore options, and present proposals clearly. • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with good working knowledge of SketchUp. • Experience preparing design development drawings, construction documents, schedules, and architectural details. • Ability to produce 3D visualizations and professional design presentations. • Working knowledge of JEA procedures, Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) regulations, and Civil Defense requirements. • Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines. • Ability to resolve design and technical issues, manage drawing revisions, and meet project deadlines.
